On 5/1/09 Central Park/Flournoy Condo As said... Reniva and Associates were the firm that represented my condo association. We've since stopped using them and have initiated investigations of fraud. Mr. Reniva did not forward the fees awarded to the condo association to the association. When asked to verify that he sent these funds to the association, he said that he sent them to the President. When asked a second time, he said that he sent them to the Treasurer. I've requested a copy of the receipt that I was given when I paid my fines and in spite of agreeing to forward that copy to me, I have received nothing. This man is crooked, dishonest, and, as far as I can tell, lazy. Don't fall into his trap like we did.
