You would think that since you're paying double what many other health facilities are charging (I was paying about $70/month at Edwards) at least they would distinguish themselves with exceptional customer service. However, the people I dealt with were very condescending and not customer focused but all about the money. The poor customer service is what ultimately pushed me leave this gym. I would not recommend it.
